LAN is not just a coworking space. It is a living urban space in the very center of Yerevan, where people meet, ideas are born and events happen. We created a place that is comfortable for working, learning and communicating — for local residents and digital nomads.

Our story
How it all started
LAN was founded in 2022 as a response to the needs of the Russian-speaking community in Yerevan — people who needed not just a place to work, but a gathering point where they could find their people.
We rented a space on Saryan street, furnished it with attention to detail and opened the doors. Since then, hundreds of events have taken place here, dozens of projects have launched, and real friendships have formed.
Today LAN is a coworking space, coffee shop, event venue, street kitchen and Armenian artisan shop all in one place.
